SERVICE NOTE: Smart Shuttle Line will be performing a scheduled service break from October 6-20, 2024. During these dates we will not be operating any shuttles. Our reservation and customer service line will remain open between the hours of 8AM-1PM EST to assist customers with questions and reservations. Private Shuttle Service will resume starting October 17th. Reservations for shared shuttle service will resume starting October 21st, our online self service portal will remain open.
Private Shuttle Policy
It is the responsibility of every passenger to fully understand our policies before boarding any Smart Shuttle Bus.
By reserving a private shuttle service with Smart Shuttle Line. Inc., the customer agrees to the policies outlined below and authorizes Smart Shuttle Line, Inc. to make the appropriate credit card charges.
Additional Waiting Time:
During an airport pick-up, if the customer does not notify the company of any delays before boarding the flight and the driver waits more than one hour after scheduled arrival time, the additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of $25 per hour.
Change of Reservation:
A minimum of a 6 hour advance notice must be provided for any reservation changes and will incur a $10 change fee per each reservation change made. Failure to provide a 6 hour advanced notice of any change in reservation will incur a credit card charge for the full amount of service.
Cancelation Of Reservation:
A 6-hour minimum advanced notice must be provided for cancelation of a reservation. A $40 cancelation fee will be charged to the credit card used to hold the reservation for each leg of the trip (Roundtrip private shuttle reservations will be charged a cancellation fee total of $80). Failure to cancel the reservation at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will incur a credit card charge for the full amount of service.
No Show
If the customer is not present during pickup time for any reason, the full amount of service will be charged on the credit card.
Face Masks/Coverings
Masks/face coverings are no longer required to board Smart Shuttle Line Buses. However, the CDC still recommends wearing a mask if you have certain personal risk factors and/or high transmission levels in your area.

You must be respectful of riders that feel safer wearing masks because of personal or family health situations, so please be mindful of their preferences and respect others riders.
