How it Works
Book online in advance, then meet your shuttle at the scheduled pick up point, either the Orlando International Airport at Terminal A, Ground Transportation Level 1, Stop A44, your hotel lobby, or the designated Terminal at Port Canaveral. The ride to/from Port Canaveral typically takes about 45–60 minutes depending on traffic and your drop-off point. We recommend booking a shuttle that arrives at the port or the airport at least 2–3 hours before your scheduled departure/boarding time.

How early should I book my airport-to-cruise shuttle?
We recommend booking as soon as your cruise booking and flights are confirmed, especially during peak cruise season.

What if my flight is delayed?
Please call Smart Shuttle Line at 772-343-0217 before your flight departs to inform us of your flight delay so we can attempt to accommodate you on the next shared shuttle, or adjust your private shuttle schedule. If you do not contact us prior to boarding your flight, your trip may be forfeited and no refund can be issued for shuttles sent to provide you with service.

Do you go to Cocoa Beach hotels too?
Yes, if you're staying near the port the night before your cruise, we service Cocoa Beach hotels as well. You can select from a list of these hotels on our shared shuttle booking page when booking your seat.

How much luggage can I bring?

For shared shuttle service, each passenger may bring up to 2 standard-size suitcases. Carry-ons, backpacks, purses, handbags, and personal items are not included in this limit.

For private shuttles, we can accommodate luggage for the entire group and offer additional trailer to transport the group's luggage to and from the Port.

What if I need to cancel my ticket?​
The following cancellation policy applies to shared shuttle service for the cruise port shuttle service only. For private shuttle cancellation policy, please visit our private shuttle policy page. For Treasure Coast cancellation policy, please visit treasure coast policy pages.

14 or more days prior to service: 100% refund.

7 to less than 14 days prior to service: 50% refund.

24 hours to less than 7 days prior to service: No refund. A 100% travel credit will be issued, valid for 6 months from the original travel date.

Less than 24 hours prior to service: Cancellation is not permitted. No refund or travel credit will be issued.

To cancel a reservation, you must send an email with your Confirmation Number or ID Number to smartshuttleline@hotmail.com or call 772-343-0217 with your request to cancel.

No exceptions will be made if you do not cancel your reservation according to the cancellation policy stated in this document.

Passengers who fail to appear for their scheduled transportation service (no-show) will forfeit the full value of their ticket. No refund or travel credit will be issued.
