In the interest of safety, all personal items and baggage may be subject to search by any Smart Shuttle Line, Inc. personnel.

 

Baggage Allowance

 

Each passenger is allowed to carry on a personal item such as a laptop, purse, backpack etc. as well as one carry-on bag that can safely fit within the passenger cabin/overhead dimensions. The passenger is allowed one oversized bag that does not exceed 50 lbs. to be placed into the cargo compartment of the Shuttle Bus. Any additional bags that need to be placed in the cargo compartment will be charged at a rate of $10 dollars per bag per trip. It is the responsibility of each passenger who checks in a bag to make sure that each bag is properly tagged with identification, clearly providing at least a first and last name and contact information.

 

All personal items required for use during the length of your trip should be carried on board accordingly and not left inside checked luggage.

Baggage Liability Limitations

Any checked bag properly tagged and identified that is lost in the care of Smart Shuttle Line, Inc. may be compensated for up to $150 per adult bag and $75 per child bag with proof of receipt tag.

 

Smart Shuttle Bus Line, Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged luggage, suitcases, bags or any other articles.
